Dr Paul Bergamo

I have been in the same practice in Boronia for 26 years. I built it from scratch into a thriving multidisciplinary centre. Not by grinding harder. By building the right systems, hiring the right people, and creating a business that does not collapse when I am not there.

I am still in practice. I did not retire and become a coach. I built something that gave me back my time, and now I teach other chiropractors how to do the same. Everything in this program comes from thirty-one years of doing it, not watching it.

Common questions.

How long do I have access to the program?
You have 12 months of full access from the date of purchase. Work through the modules at your own pace and revisit any content as many times as you like within that period.
How long do the community Zoom calls run for?
There are 6 community Zoom calls included, held on the first Tuesday of every second month from 8:00pm to 9:00pm AEDT (subject to change). Calls run for 6 months from 30 June 2026. These are exclusively for Chiropractic Business Blueprint members and give you a live space to ask questions, stay accountable and connect with other practitioners.
What is the onboarding session?
When you enrol you will receive a link to book a complimentary 30-minute personal onboarding call with Paul. This call sets you up for success you will walk away with clarity on how to get the most from the program and a personalised starting point based on where your practice is right now.
What is the strategic session at month 11?
At month 11 you book a final 30-minute strategic review session with Paul. Together you will review your progress, refine your business plan and make sure you finish the program with complete clarity and momentum heading into the next chapter of your practice.
Is this suitable for new graduates?
Yes. Whether you are just starting out or have been in practice for 30 years, the framework applies. New graduates use it to build the right foundations from day one. Established practitioners use it to identify gaps, build leverage and reclaim their time.
Is this live or on-demand?
The core program content is fully on-demand. All video lessons and worksheets are available immediately after purchase. The community Zoom calls are held every second month 6 calls across your 12 months of access, and both the onboarding and strategic sessions are live one-on-one calls with Paul.
Is the content relevant to Australian chiropractors?
Yes. Everything in this program is built specifically for chiropractors operating in the Australian environment, within AHPRA guidelines and the Australian regulatory framework.
What is the difference between this and the Flagship Program?
