By submitting an enrolment form or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase constitutes a binding contract between you and Bergamo Coaching.
Bergamo Coaching offers the following categories of products and services, each of which may be subject to additional specific terms:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Bergamo Coaching does not store your payment card details.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your completed purchase is the price that applies to your transaction.
A 3 business day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase. If you wish to cancel within this period, contact [email protected] and a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
After the 3 business day cooling-off period, no refund will be given unless otherwise stated in the specific terms for that product. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
All content made available through Bergamo Coaching — including videos, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, logos and course content — is the intellectual property of Dr Paul Bergamo and Bergamo Coaching and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content solely for your own personal and professional development. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, share or use any content for commercial or public purposes without prior written permission.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
Bergamo Coaching collects and uses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to receiving communications related to your purchase and program updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bergamo Coaching's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or any product or service is limited to the amount paid by you for that product or service.
Bergamo Coaching does not guarantee any specific business, financial or practice outcome as a result of any program or coaching engagement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria.
Bergamo Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
