These terms apply specifically to the purchase of the Chiropractic Business Blueprint 10 Module On-Demand Program. By completing your purchase you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to Bergamo Coaching's General Terms and Conditions.
This program is currently available at a presale price of $2,000 AUD. Course portal access commences 30 June 2026. Purchasing during the presale period confirms your acceptance that access is not available prior to that date.
The Chiropractic Business Blueprint is currently available for purchase at a presale price of $2,000 AUD. This presale price is available until 31 July 2026, after which the full price of $2,497 AUD applies from 1 August 2026. By purchasing at the presale price you accept all terms set out in this document.
You will receive a purchase confirmation email immediately. A separate email confirming portal access will be sent on 30 June 2026 with your login details and instructions.
Access to the Chiropractic Business Blueprint course portal commences on 30 June 2026, regardless of your purchase date. From that date, you have 12 months of full access from your date of purchase. Access is automatically revoked at the end of your 12-month access period.

A 3 business day cooling-off period applies from the date of your purchase. If you wish to cancel within this period, contact [email protected] in writing and a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
All sales are final after the 3 business day cooling-off period. No refund will be issued under any circumstances once this period has passed, regardless of whether portal access has commenced.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Bergamo Coaching does not store your payment card details.
Your login credentials are unique to you and are issued on the basis of a single individual purchase. You must not share your login details with any other person. Sharing login details will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access without refund.
Each purchase grants access to one individual only. If you wish to provide access to a colleague or team member, a separate purchase is required.
This is taken seriously. All program content — including video lessons, worksheets, written materials and frameworks — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr Paul Bergamo and Bergamo Coaching, protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
You must not, under any circumstances:
Breach of this clause will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access without refund. Bergamo Coaching reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorised use or reproduction of its intellectual property.
Six live group Zoom calls are included in your purchase. Calls are held on the first Tuesday of every second month from 8:00pm to 9:00pm AEDT, commencing 30 June 2026 and running for 6 months from that date. These calls are exclusively for enrolled members. Times and dates are subject to change and Bergamo Coaching will notify members of any changes in advance.

Bergamo Coaching does not guarantee any specific business outcome, income level or practice result. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, circumstances and application of the program material.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
